Explore/Set Up the Service

Order a free trial or the full service.

After you've ordered and we've notified you, start your community.

Set Up New Users

First, submit a service modification form to request a new account.

After we've notified you that the account is ready, follow these two steps:

  1. Download and assign the account (You must do this step.)

  2. Download and install the agent on the user's computer. (Either you or the user can do this.)

Make Changes

Set or Reset an Account Password

Use the Support Center website

  1. Select the account
  2. From the Tools menu, select Set Password
  3. Follow the prompts

Modify an Account

To modify an account, submit a service modification form.

Users can make some changes (such as name, e-mail address, password) on their own accounts at the Account Management website.

Order Backup Disks (CD/DVD)

To order backup data on CDs or DVDs, go to the Support Center website.

  1. Select the account
  2. From the Tools menu, select Order Media
  3. Make your choices and submit the order

Users can also order their own disks. Refer them to the Manage Your Account link in the lefthand column.
