Getting Started with the Connected Backup Service

Once your department IT staff has ordered the service and let you know that it is ready for use, follow these instructions to get your computer up and running with the Connected Backup Service:

  1. Download and Install the Connected Backup Agent

  2. Welcome to Connected Backup
