Check to see whether your ISP blocks mail being forwarded from an @umich.edu mail address.
Use the Block Status Check tool to find out if a particular IP address, e-mail address, or domain is currently blocked.
Use the Keep In Touch tool to send messages to people at U-M if mail from your e-mail account is blocked. Use of the tool requires that you first set up a U-M Friend account so you can log in.
ITS offers a mail relay service that sends mail on behalf of other machines, devices, and applications that are unable to use authenticated SMTP for mail sending.
