Workshop Description

This workshop is design for Agents (users of Footprints), who will modify, edit and create tickets in existing Footprints projects.

Through lecture, demonstration, and discussion participants will receive an introduction to the Footprints ticket tracking system. This workshop will cover the following topics:

• Creating tickets
• Modifying tickets
• Updating tickets across multiple projects
• Reports
• Statistics

Prerequisite(s)

UMOD identity, basic computing skills, and knowledge using web browsers.
