In your Inbox, click on the e-mail message and drag it onto the Calendar icon (bottom left of the window).
When you let go, a new appointment will open with the email message in the notes area.
Set the start and end dates/times of the meeting.
In your Inbox, select the e-mail message.
Under the Tools menu:
select Link to New.
from the pop-out menu, select Calender Event.
Create a new meeting and save it.
To view the link:
in the e-mail message, click the link icon.
in your calendar:
double-click the meeting.
in the meeting window, click Link in the tool bar.
