How can I publish a calendar on the web that everyone can view?

This is known as an Anonymous Calendar, which means people can view it without having to log in. It's available to anyone in the world.

Typical uses include events calendars and conference room schedules. The calendar is only available for viewing. Someone looking to see if a conference room is available cannot use the calendar to schedule the room. However, any changes that you make to the calendar appear immediately.

To create one, ask your system administrator to request an anonymous calendar from the Exchange Service Team. Once created, you must set the appropriate permissions to make the calendar viewable.
