How can I delegate or share my calendar?

By delegating, you can give another person access to any of your Exchange folders, including Calendar, Mail, Tasks, and Contacts. For example — with the right permissions — your delegate can maintain your calendar, propose and accept meetings, and send e-mail on your behalf. You can also allow multiple people and restrict each individual's access rights.

CAUTION! When you delegate your calendar, you automatically provide your delegate with send-on-behalf-of-you e-mail rights. If you do not want this, you should share your calendar instead.

Find out how to delegate or share using Outlook (Windows).
