How can I delegate my e-mail?

By delegating, you can give another person access to any of your Exchange folders, including Mail, Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts. For example — with the right permissions — your delegate can send e-mail on your behalf and maintain your calendar. Plus, you can allow multiple people and restrict each individual's access rights.

Find out how to delegate using Outlook (Windows) or Entourage (Mac).

CAUTION! When you delegate your mailbox with Send As privileges, there is no way to prove whether you sent a message or if it was sent from your delegate's computer. Please discuss proper security considerations with your delegate, including not leaving your mailbox unattended and making certain all security updates are installed.
