Why does my delegate receive a permission denied error when attempting to access my account?

This can happen if there is more than one person with the same name in the University. Even though you selected the correct person, Entourage may incorrectly assign another person with the same name but different uniqname. Therefore, your delegate receives a permission denied error. Since you only see the person's full name in your Permissions window, you can't tell if the correct uniqname has been selected.
