How do I move appointments from my personal Outlook calendar to my Exchange calendar?

You can even move Exchange calendar items to your personal Outlook calendar.

NOTE: Appointments in your Exchange calendar are viewable anywhere you can access your Exchange account, including Outlook Web Access. You can only view your personal calendar appointments on the computer upon which they are stored.

To move some appointments:

  1. Display both calendars side-by-side.
  2. Select appointments and drag them to the other calendar.
    HINT: If you want to keep appointments in the original calendar and copy them to the other, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key when you drag.
To move all appointments from one calendar to the other:
  1. Display both calendars side-by-side.
  2. In the source calendar, select the By Category view.
  3. Select the first item in the source calendar.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and — holding down the Shift key — click the last item.
  5. Drag the entire list of items to the new calendar
    HINT: If you want to keep appointments in the original calendar and copy them to the other, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key when you drag.
