IFS Backups Proposal (April 2006)
ITS is proposing a new backup schedule for IFS. This proposal is under review by ACSF (Academic Computing Support Forum).
MFile
The easiest way to access your IFS space, upload and download files, and change permissions on your folders is to do so via the web with MFile (see documentation).

MyServer is a service providing centralized file and print services on NetWare.

The Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) service provides networked backup of data on your server-level machines (such as application and file servers, server-side databases, and research data collections).
