Staff are on call 24/7. In addition, they conduct regular maintenance during hours of low use that may occasionally cause temporary outages.

| Non-routine Reboot | Any day | 12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m. | Staff will provide 1/2 hour notification if a reboot is required. |
| Extended outages for hardware upgrades and other maintenance procedures | Saturday or Sunday | 12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m. | Staff will notify users two days in advance of this more extended outage. A message will appear when users log in. |
