What We Do

The Computer Showcase Support & Repair Service provides low-cost assistance to U-M individuals and departments at two full-service locations.

Maintenance

We offer walk-in maintenance services for most brands of computers:

• Virus remediation and software troubleshooting
• Software installations, including operating system upgrades
• Hardware upgrades and installations (RAM, hard drives, network cards and more)
• Data back-ups and transfers

Repair

We provide full warranty and out-of-warranty hardware and software repairs on Apple, Dell and HP computers. See our repair page for information about other computer brands.

We also offer Apple authorized iPad repair facilitation at both locations.

Consulting

Need help troubleshooting common issues like wireless access or or installing anti-virus software? We offer drop-in consulting services at our Central Campus location and consulting by appointment on North Campus. Visit our consulting page for more information.
