Maintenance services are charged on a flat-rate basis:

| Additional data back-up | $2 each additional gigabyte (There is an additional charge for burning data to CD/DVD) |

Rarely, we will need to do work not listed above to resolve your issue. This work gets billed at an hourly rate of $30 with a half-hour minimum. However, we will always contact you beforehand to discuss such measures and get your permission before proceeding.
Individuals can pay with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
Departments can pay via department shortcode (apologies, but we are not able to accept P-cards).
