Sites Consultant — Midnight Shift
The Sites Consultant - Midnight Shift position will work the night shift in the Angell Hall computing site and will assist users who have computer questions and help maintain the site. While we are looking for some technical expertise, the emphasis is on good people skills and a friendly attitude.
A Rover Team Member will be responsible for helping to maintain over 100 unstaffed Campus Computing Sites by performing on-site troubleshooting and stocking supplies. Comprehensive training is included. Some experience with computers and networks is desirable but not necessary.

Showcase Sales Consultants assist customers in person and by phone with technology purchase needs. Ideal candidates are customer focused, self-motivated, dependable and able to be a positive contributor to the Computer Showcase.
Computer Repair Consultant
Repair Consultants perform a wide variety of technology troubleshooting and repair-related activities. Common duties include helping customers with operating system, software, backup, wireless access, virus and other computing issues. Consultants also help diagnose hardware problems and assist with the check-in and pick-up of repairs. They may be called on to ring sales, help customers select products, and perform other Showcase tasks.
