The Sites Environment Support Team (aka "Rovers") is responsible for maintaining equipment, paper and toner levels located in unstaffed sites. The Team is also our first line of defense for troubleshooting problems with equipment in these sites. If the site is in need of maintenance, call 764-HELP to report the problem, and a staff member of the Sites Environment Support Team will be sent to troubleshoot the problem or restock the Site.

Note: Depending on where individual rovers are on their routes 20-30 minutes before the end of the workday, they may or may not be able to immediately respond to pages. Rovers need to return their vehicles, phones, and keys and need to perform end-of-day record keeping before the end of the final shift of the day. Any page not completed during this time will be carried over to the start of the next scheduled rover shift. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.
