The Palmer Commons computing site is located in the "Plaza Room", rm 3021 of the Palmer Commons Building at 100 Washtenaw Avenue on Central Campus.
The site contains 2 black and white printers, 7 Mac OS, and 8 Windows workstations.

Classroom/Seminar Use: This site is also used as a classroom. It may be unavailable for general use at times. Please check the posted schedule for reserved classroom times. The schedule can also be viewed online: Palmer Commons Event Calendar.
Scanner Station: There are two flatbed scanners available on a Macintosh and Windows full-use workstation. These scanners are available for all Faculty, Students, and Staff to use during normal operating hours. Additional information on scanning in Campus Computing Sites is available.
Wireless Network: Palmer Commons is included in the MWireless Network provided by ITCS. The MWireless Network is available to U-M students, faculty, and staff. Additional wireless information is available online at: http://www.itcom.itd.umich.edu/wireless/
Additional Printers: There are several additional printers located throughout the Palmer Commons building. Four of these printers are located on the 4th floor in the Palmer Windows Room. A black and white printer can also be found on the 6th floor of Palmer Commons.
Color Printing: Color printing is available in the Palmer Windows Room (3rd Floor) of Palmer Commons to all current UM Students, Faculty & Staff. Color printing is not included in the standard computing services, and the cost per page will be $0.40 which will be billed to student or departmental accounts. Copy Card Printers: A copy card printer is located in the Palmer Windows Room (3rd floor) of Palmer Commons. The copy card program allows students to make photocopies on Campus Computing Sites multi-function printers with a simple swipe of their Mcard. The copies are deducted from the standard computing services printing allotment. Copies beyond the printing allotment are charged at $0.06 per printed side.
Cyber Stations: Several e-mail and web-only express stations are located throughout Palmer Commons. Four stations are on the 3rd Floor, three stations are on the 4th Floor, one station is on the 5th Floor, and 4 stations are on the 6th Floor. These stations provide quick access to the Internet and e-mail without having to wait in line for a regular-use station.

64-SITES: If the printers or workstations in the site are experiencing problems, call 64-SITES (Option #1) to report the problem, and a staff member of the Sites Environment Support Team will be sent to troubleshoot the problem or restock the Site.
