After your order form is processed, the Mainstream Storage Team will contact you via e-mail with information to setup your space. See the setup instructions by operating system:
Navigate to My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, then Map network drive.

In the Map Network Drive window, click any available drive letter.
In the Folder box, type in the path to the server.
NOTE: Ensure the Reconnect at Login box is checked.
Click Finish. The directory will appear next to your existing file drives.
Navigate to your Computer.
In the tool bar of the Computer window, click Map network drive.

In the Map Network Drive window, click any available drive letter.

Click Finish. The directory will appear next to your existing file drives.
Navigate to the Desktop.
Click the Go menu, and then click Connect to Server.

In the Connect to Server window, type in the server address, followed by your uniqname.
NOTE: Ensure the server name begins with smb://.

Click Connect. You will need to authenticate with your Kerberos password.
In the command line, type:
/sbin/mount.cifs //serverName/sharename mountpointname -o user=UMROOT/yourUniqname sec=krb5i
